PLEASE come and donate your blood. It only takes about 45 minutes, and the service you provide can help save lives!
My helpful hints...increase your water intake starting the day before and it makes the donating go faster! I eat just before too.
I am registered with the blood bank (you can too)~I am registered for several reasons...but the one I like best is that I can find out what my cholesterol is a few days after I donate!
(a free cholesterol test...pretty cool!)

The following info is from the website:
As we enter into the summer months, our blood supply diminishes as donations decrease and usage increases.
We also need to be prepared to serve our community in the case of health crises like the recent H1N1 outbreak.
Please consider donating again to support our patients in need - just like these who recently received blood through the generosity of those like you.
