
On Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 Rachel teaches a strength training class in the Cultural Hall. It's a great workout. You will find you're sore after the first class. Bring weights, an exercise ball, a mat or towel and water...and see what you can do!


Also, the walking and running group has started back up at Vintage High School at 8:30 Saturday mornings. Some girls walk, some jog and some run run run!
